Pros: good quality construction, great colors, washable, no toe fatigue
Cons: ummmm, none. Maybe that they can get a bit stinky after a few hot days
Great arch support for a flip flop, very durable, lasts forever. Washable and wearable with everything! Highly reccommend.

Cons: Soft footbed gets some wear and tear, hard to find (Teva.com carries very few colors/sizes)
